I took this in our yard at the start of the month, summer is going by so fast and I missed a lot of it so I have been taking every opportunity to take pictures. I loved the close up of this dandelion and by changing it to black and white it really brought out the intricacy of the seed heads. Fall is right around the corner.

I agree that black and white makes this photo. Lovely what beauty lies in such a simple flower (weed?) as a dandelion.
